1.      Establish Operational System - Opening of the research center, establish operational committee

2.      Pilot run of exchange operations

·        Select country/area (Korea), commerce exchange

·        Support Dean and President on business trip to Korea.

·        Research Abroad for Faculty (1)

o        Topic: Global Strategy for Korean Company

·        Study Abroad for Students (1)

·        Exchange program with Universities

3.      Establish Data Base

·        Establish regular data support system with East Asian Companies and research centers.

4.      Special guest Lecture - Featuring the Korean Ambassadors and/or other special guests

5.      International seminars: jointly held with the Korean governments (North and South).

·        Subject: Establishing peace on the Korean peninsula through economic cooperation: Gaesung Inter-Korean Business Site located in North Korea near the Demilitarized Zone (DMZ)

6.      Student Workshop for Labor Management: Korean company cases

·        Jointly held with the Hyundai & Kia Corporations in the US.

7.       Community Support: Support Korean Day Cultural Activities
