Congratulations Dr. Booth

Congratulations!  Dr. Le-Quita Booth, Director, COBA  DBE Program, on your graduation, in Entrepreneurship, from the International Association for the Advancement of Colleges and Business Schools (AACSB) Post-Doctoral Bridge to Business Program at the Hough Graduate School of Business in Warrington College of Business at the University of Florida, August 30, 2009.  This was a seven month intensive program in Entrepreneurship for Dr. Booth.

John J. Fernandes , President and CEO of the AACSB stated in his congratulatory letter to Dr. Booth that, “with the successful completion of the Post-Doctoral Bridge to Business Program, an AACSB-accredited institution can classify you as Academically Qualified in Entrepreneurship for a period of five years from the date of graduation. He  further stated, “the AACSB warmly welcome you to the world of management education and thank you for being part of the solution to the Ph.D. faculty shortage.”

COBA has moved one step closer in completing its mission of developing a “Center for Entrepreneurial Innovation and Change” and accreditation by the AACSB. Both are well within our grasp.  The faculty, staff  congratulates you Dr. Booth for your perseverance in completing this program.
